In photography, double exposure is a technique in which a piece of film is exposed twice, to two different images. The resulting  photographic image shows the second image superimposed over the first. If youd ever tried yourself in double exposure photography you know how much fun is in it. How to Create Multiple Exposure Photographs:

Here are 3 steps to get started with multiple exposure photography:

STEP1; Turn On The Multiple Exposure Option:

Most of the DSLRs offer the option for multiple exposure. Read through the user manual to find out if your camera offers the multiple exposure control. Turn on the multiple exposure and set the number of shots required to create the desired effect. The maximum number of shots for multiple exposure varies from camera to camera. Here you may also be able to set the gain for each consecutive shot etc.

STEP2; Manually Set The Exposure For Each Shot:

If your camera doesn’t allow you to set the gain of each shot, carefully set the exposure for each shot that you take. This step plays a crucial role in getting the desired effect. When planning a multiple image shot, you have to be particular about the placement of images in the final frame and accordingly set the exposure for each shot. Multiple Exposure technique requires you to deliberately overexpose and underexpose the consecutive shots so that each shot in the final image stands out with distinct effect and identity.

STEP3; Apply The Technique:

Fine-tuning the camera is the beginning of the creative out burst. Multiple exposure opens up the plethora of opportunities for an individual; where your imagination is the limit.

Jackson, Wyoming

Home to the National Elk Refuge just south of Grand Teton National Park, Jackson is your gateway into Yellowstone. Hike legendary trails to backcountry geysers, ride a snowcoach to view packs of moose, and catch the new aerial tram for some breathtaking mountain views. Other than his art, Francois-Marie Banier (1947), a novelist, playwright, photographer and artist, is well noted for his high profile acquaintances. Salvador Dali used to send his car to bring the then 16 year old Banier to his hotel, to discuss art. He knew Picasso, Yves Saint Laurent, Pierre Cardin, Samuel Beckett, Kate Moss and Johnny Depp, among others. Being a writer and photographer, we present here Mr. Banier’s work in the combination of the two, for him, interdependent practices. His photographs show a completed story in the culmination, which he then expands with spontaneous writing on large-format black and white prints. The main protagonists of these multimedial stories are, and in spite of Mr. Banier’s social profile, anonymous but quite memorable people of the streets – bearing complex life stories that yet are strikingly obvious for an accomplished photographer and artist.

Lee Jeffries lives in Manchester in the United Kingdom. Close to the professional football circle, this artist starts to photograph sporting events. A chance meeting with a young homeless girl in the streets of London changes his artistic approach forever.

Lee Jeffries recalls that, initially, he had stolen a photo from this young homeless girl huddled in a sleeping bag. The photographer knew that the young girl had noticed him but his first reaction was to leave. He says that something made him stay and go and discuss with the homeless girl. His perception about the homeless completely changes. They become the subject of his art.

The models in his photographs are homeless people that he has met in Europe and in the United States: «Situations arose, and I made an effort to learn to get to know each of the subjects before asking their permission to do their portrait.» From then onwards, his photographs portray his convictions and his compassion to the world. Street photography is a type of documentary photography that features subjects in candid situations within public places such as streets, parks, subways, beaches, malls, political conventions and other settings. Street photography uses the techniques of straight photography in that it shows a pure vision of something, like holding up a mirror to society. Street photography often tends to be ironic and can be distanced from its subject matter, and often concentrates on a single human moment, caught at a decisive or poignant moment.

On the other hand, much street photography takes the opposite approach and provides a very literal and extremely personal rendering of the subject matter, giving the audience a more visceral experience of walks of life they might only be passingly familiar with. In the 20th century, street photographers have provided an exemplary and detailed record of street culture in Europe and North America, and elsewhere to a somewhat lesser extent. Streets portray and reflect our life, some enjoy streets on tourist desitnations, some are getting late from work, some are playing, eating, sitting, running etc that’s why today we have tried to build a concept street photography: Experience The Walks of Life.

Define Street Photography ?

Why is it so hard to define what Street Photography is about? Why do all attempts do describe this genre remain so oddly diffuse? Why is there no 25-pages-manual, something you can read and (hopefully) understand and off you go? You may be able to operate your gear well, you may have done amazing macros, table-tops, architecture-shots and even portraits, you can and should read all of the following – and yet you may not have a frigging clue afterwards, what Street Photography is about. Because it is something very personal. Because you have to leave your shell. Because you have to – in some cases – expose yourself. Because you have to love people. Street Photography is about sympathy, not hate. It is about community, even if it pictures solitude. It can be ironic, but never offending. When you are taking street shots you are commenting, much like a journalist. And this gives you a good deal of responsibility.

Technique

1. Look behind your subjects when taking their photo
2. Use a point-and-shoot
3. Shoot from the hip

• Use a wide-angle prime lens
• Use the smallest aperture possible
• Have at least 1/250^th of a second shutter speed
• Pre-focus
• Shoot fully-manua

Fashion photography is not about the clothing, it’s about the message that the image transmits. Beautiful models, quality clothing, really good makeup and an extraordinaire photographer, these are the ingredients for a high quality fashion photo.. Using reflections in photography can lead to some amazing effects and beautiful images. Using water, windows, mirrors or any sort of reflective surface can change an image into a work of art or Chef d’Oeuvre (masterPiece). The wonderful thing about using reflections when taking photos is that they can completely alter the image from something fairly straightforward to something richer or abstract and more artistic. Sometimes reflections can be annoying and certainly not artistic. But creativity and good-quality photos depend on the photographer being able to see things differently, rather than seeing only one part of a larger whole.

If you look hard enough you can find creative inspiration almost anywhere, but finding Chef d’Oeuvre (master piece) of photography is something what I prefer and if it is reflection then it is one of my favorite places to draw inspiration from is photography.
